Bookings are confirmed once payment or a valid membership is applied. Please arrive on time; late arrivals may have their session shortened so the next guest isn't delayed.

Cancellations are free up to 24 hours before your session. Later cancellations or no-shows may be charged a fee or forfeit the session.

Gift cards and packages are non-refundable but never expire. Memberships renew automatically until cancelled. By booking you agree to follow our studio guidelines and any safety instructions from our team.
